Mondriaan kijkt over Winterswijk

A famous Dutch painter, Piet Mondriaan, used to live and paint in my hometown Winterswijk. At one spot they’ve put this work of art, where it creates a viewing window over the skyline which Mondriaan painted some 100 years ago. I went there some time ago during sunset and captured this image.

Church of Jacobus

This is a picture of the biggest church in my hometown, Winterswijk which is situated in the eastern part of the Netherlands. Used 3 exposures and HDR to create this picture. Have tried to get the church as straight as possible, but i’m not sure whether i succeeded lol. On wednesdays and saturdays this square is filled with market stands and a lot of germans too. Actually a very nice church to see and be in!
