Amazing sight close to sunset at the business district of The Hague city
It’s been quite busy lately. Hardly can find the time or energy to go out and take new photos, but hopefully soon i’ll be able to show you some new work. In the mean time i’ve found this one which i’d like to show. A statue/piece of art in front of a building which creates interesting reflections. Really abstract, but imho really cool 🙂
Visited the town of Hellevloetsluis for a weekend off with my former roommates from college time. And as i knew we were going to be close to the sea, the camera went along. Here are a few shots from the two sunsets we´ve seen during the weekend.
Well, almost Sunday but what the hack 🙂
These are actual reflections as seen in a building close-by. When you walk alongside this building, the perspective changes dramatically due to the workings of the various windows. No idea how they work, but it looks very nice imho
This is my entry for the weekly Monochrome Madness challenge as hosted by Leanne Cole (http://leanecole.com.au/) – a statue with lots of reflections in the mirrors
Saw this today as we drove past this with the car. Really looks cool when traveling 30 mph, but its also fun to walk past it and see oneself being reflected multiple times. I’m sure i’ll post some more shots soon
The famous eyecatcher of Rotterdam, the Euromast, has an elevator which brings you up +200 meters in the air while spiraling along the central column. When i first moved upward i was a bit shocked to notice we would turn around the central column. But then i realized that as we were all buckled in our seatbelts, we needed to go round to see the entire cityscape. This is from another time, when we were strolling the city. Took this photo while passing through and found it today. Never edited it before, but i think in this cut out it its actually quite a nice architectural picture..
Wish you a nice weekend in advance!
Found out about Nik software a few weeks ago on a website and have given it a try. Today i found out about silver line efex pro.. and i love it 🙂 What a perfect way to play with photographs. At least, that’s what i think. This is an image taken from my window. This large thing used for cement is standing across the street. Found the name pretty awesome, so i took an image during sunset. But i felt this image could use a little extra, so i did give it a tiny bit of post-editing 😉
